As a first of its kind in Kogalym, the project complements other progressive initiatives undertaken with this client, collectively shaping a new future for the community.

The architectural concept draws inspiration from the symbolic geometry of the Philosopher’s Stone, the triangle, circle, and square, translating these elemental forms into a striking contemporary design. This vision responds directly to Kogalym’s evolving social context, providing future-proofed housing that addresses the needs of both current and future generations.

Spanning three residential blocks, the development offers a wide mix of apartment sizes, catering to the city’s diverse demographics, household budgets, and living needs. Modern design principles are applied throughout, enhancing both internal layouts and external amenities to promote resident wellbeing and create vibrant, liveable environments.
