With the tallest of the two towers reaching a height of 380 metres, the Aquamarine Center adds glamour and energy to the city, the skyline, and the culture that enfolds it.
The Aquamarine Center has two mixed use towers, with the base of each tower containing an aquarium, carparking, conference facilities, retail space, rooftop gardens and office space, moving up into luxury apartments and a rooftop restaurant.
The towers house over 1,000 five-star serviced apartments, with two, three, four and five-bedroom apartment configurations included.
The Conference and Expo Center will be one of the regions premier MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) facilities. The Conference and Expo Center will feature 8,000 square metres of multi-purpose hall space hosting exhibitions or dinners for over 3,000 people, 3,000 square metres of meeting space that can be configured into 30 distinct meeting areas, and an auditorium that has a seated capacity of 6,000 people.
Drawing inspiration from Singapore’s Clarke Quay, we envisage a restaurant street between the two towers. This street-alley will have carefully curated restaurants and bars to develop an eclectic art-district feeling that fosters experimentation in bespoke dining with artisan bakers handcrafting pastries, the lively flavours of a Vietnamese café, chic bistro with French delights, traditional Japanese fused with modern international dining, Italian home cooking and suave Michelin Star street food.
Currently seeking investment to proceed, this project now has a solid foundation for commercial success as well as the potential to truly differentiate its offering in the region.
